Thanks to our integration with Shiprocket’s extensive logistics network, we deliver swiftly across more than 19,000 pin codes in India. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your exact location.

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on your delivery pin code and the weight of your order. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Go to "My Orders," select the item, and choose "Return" to start a request.

Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as MyKshi wallet credit for COD orders.
