Seller Policy

This Seller Terms & Policy (“Seller Policy”, “Agreement”) governs the participation of sellers (“Seller”, “You”, “Your”) on Mykshi.in (“Mykshi”, “Platform”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By registering, listing products, or selling on Mykshi.in, sellers agree to comply with this Seller Policy, platform rules, applicable Indian laws, and all related policies published by Mykshi.in Mykshi.in operates as an intermediary ecommerce marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers across India. 1. SELLER ELIGIBILITY To sell on Mykshi.in, sellers must: * Be legally permitted to conduct business in India * Provide accurate registration details * Submit valid KYC documents * Maintain lawful business operations * Comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements Mandatory documents may include: * PAN Card * Aadhaar Card * GST Registration * Bank Account Details * Business Proof * FSSAI License (for food products) MSME registration may be requested optionally. EID registration for Non-GST sellers. Mykshi.in reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate seller onboarding applications at its sole discretion. 2. SELLER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY Sellers are responsible for: * Maintaining account confidentiality * Securing login credentials * Updating accurate business information * Managing inventory correctly * Ensuring lawful platform usage Sellers must not: * Share accounts * Misuse platform systems * Create fake accounts * Manipulate ratings or reviews 3. MARKETPLACE MODEL Mykshi.in functions as an intermediary marketplace platform. Mykshi.in does not generally purchase seller inventory in bulk. Products remain under seller ownership until purchased by customers. When a customer places an order: 1. Order details are shared with the seller 2. Seller packs and dispatches the order 3. Product is delivered directly to customer 4. Seller receives settlement as per applicable terms 4. PRODUCT LISTING POLICY Sellers must ensure that: * Product information is accurate * Images are genuine * Product descriptions are not misleading * Pricing is correct * Products match actual delivered items Listings must not contain: * False claims * Misleading content * Copyright violations * Trademark violations * Offensive or prohibited content Mykshi.in reserves the right to: * Edit listings * Remove listings * Restrict products * Suspend seller visibility where necessary. 5. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS Sellers must comply with Mykshi.in: * Prohibited Products Policy * Restricted Products Policy Strictly prohibited products include but are not limited to: * Drugs * Tobacco products * Alcohol * Illegal medicines * Counterfeit products * Weapons * Explosives * Pornographic materials * Fake branded items * Hazardous products Violation may result in immediate suspension and legal reporting. 6. FOOD PRODUCT COMPLIANCE Food sellers must: * Maintain valid FSSAI compliance * Use proper packaging * Display manufacturing dates * Display expiry dates * Provide ingredient information * Maintain hygienic preparation standards Homemade food products must: * Be professionally packed * Be sealed appropriately * Comply with applicable food safety requirements Sellers remain fully responsible for: * Food safety * Product freshness * Expiry management * Ingredient accuracy * Consumer health compliance 7. REFURBISHED & USED PRODUCTS Used and refurbished products are permitted only if: * Clearly labeled * Fully functional * Properly disclosed Mandatory disclosures include: * Product condition * Warranty details * Battery health * Replacement parts * Existing defects Fake refurbished listings or misleading disclosures are prohibited. 8. PRICING & COMMISSION Mykshi.in may offer: * Launch promotions * Reduced commissions * Zero-commission periods * Seller incentive programs Applicable platform charges, commissions, or deductions may vary depending on: * Product category * Promotional programs * Operational requirements Mykshi.in reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice where applicable. 9. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING Sellers are responsible for: * Timely order dispatch * Secure packaging * Correct product shipment * Delivery coordination * Shipment tracking where applicable Sellers may: * Use their own courier partners OR * Use shipping support facilitated by Mykshi.in where available Repeated delays, fake dispatches, or poor fulfillment performance may result in: * Reduced visibility * Order restrictions * Seller penalties * Account suspension 10. MYKSHI BRANDING MATERIALS Mykshi.in may provide: * Branded tapes * Stickers * QR cards * Promotional packaging materials Sellers using Mykshi.in branding materials must: * Maintain packaging quality * Ensure professional presentation * Avoid misuse of brand assets Unauthorized use of Mykshi.in branding is prohibited. 11. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES Sellers are primarily responsible for: * Wrong product deliveries * Damaged products * Fake products * Defective items * Return approvals where applicable Sellers must cooperate with: * Return investigations * Exchange processing * Refund verification * Customer complaint resolution Mykshi.in reserves the right to: * Review disputes * Mediate complaints * Hold settlements temporarily * Investigate violations Repeated complaints may impact seller account standing. 12. PAYMENT SETTLEMENTS Seller settlements may be processed after: * Successful order delivery * Return verification period * Payment confirmation Settlement timelines may vary depending on: * Product category * Return risks * Operational conditions * Payment processing timelines Mykshi.in reserves the right to temporarily hold settlements for: * Fraud investigations * Excessive disputes * Policy violations * Compliance reviews 13. TAX & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE Sellers are solely responsible for: * GST compliance * Tax filings * Invoicing * Regulatory licenses * Legal documentation Sellers must comply with: * GST laws * FSSAI regulations * Consumer protection laws * Legal Metrology requirements * Applicable ecommerce regulations 14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Sellers must not: * Sell counterfeit products * Use unauthorized brand names * Copy product images unlawfully * Violate trademarks or copyrights Sellers are fully responsible for IP violations arising from their listings. Mykshi.in reserves the right to remove infringing content immediately. 15. SELLER PERFORMANCE & QUALITY STANDARDS Mykshi.in may monitor: * Return rates * Cancellation rates * Delivery performance * Customer complaints * Product quality * Policy compliance Poor seller performance may result in: * Reduced visibility * Listing restrictions * Penalties * Temporary suspension * Permanent termination 16. FRAUD & PLATFORM MISUSE Sellers must not engage in: * Fake orders * Fake reviews * Review manipulation * Payment fraud * Listing manipulation * Off-platform transaction diversion * Customer harassment * Policy abuse Mykshi.in reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities. 17. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION Mykshi.in reserves the right to: * Suspend seller accounts * Restrict transactions * Remove products * Permanently terminate accounts for: * Policy violations * Fraudulent activities * Customer abuse * Repeated complaints * Illegal activities * Compliance failures Serious violations may be reported to authorities. 18. PRODUCT RECALLS & SAFETY ACTIONS Sellers must cooperate with: * Product recalls * Regulatory investigations * Safety reviews * Customer protection actions Mykshi.in may remove products immediately if safety concerns arise. 19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Mykshi.in performs reasonable seller and product verification procedures to maintain platform standards. However: * Sellers remain primarily responsible for products sold on the platform. * Mykshi.in does not independently manufacture listed products. * Mykshi.in shall not be liable for seller misconduct, product defects, or regulatory violations beyond applicable legal obligations. 20. PLATFORM RIGHTS Mykshi.in reserves the right to: * Modify platform features * Update seller requirements * Restrict categories * Change operational processes * Request additional verification documents at any time. 21. LEGAL COMPLIANCE This Seller Policy shall be governed by applicable Indian laws including: * Consumer Protection Act, 2019 * Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 * Information Technology Act, 2000 * Food Safety and Standards Act (FSSAI) * Applicable GST regulations * Intellectual Property laws 22. GOVERNMENT & LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION Mykshi.in reserves the right to cooperate with: * Government authorities * Courts * Regulatory bodies * Law enforcement agencies Seller information may be shared where legally required. 23. POLICY MODIFICATIONS Mykshi.in reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Seller Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
