These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mykshi.in website, mobile application, services, features, products, loyalty programs, referral programs, seller services, and related offerings (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing, registering, browsing, purchasing, selling, or using any service available through Mykshi.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform. 1. About Mykshi Mykshi.in is an online marketplace platform operated as a Sole Proprietorship under the ownership of Padrinath Manivannan. Mykshi.in acts as a marketplace facilitator that enables third-party sellers to list, market, and sell products to customers through the Platform. mykshi.in does not manufacture most products listed by independent sellers and acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. 2. Eligibility The Platform is intended for users capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable Indian laws. Users below 18 years of age may access and use the Platform only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Mykshi.in, you represent that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current. 3. User Accounts To access certain services, users may be required to register and create an account. Users are responsible for: * Maintaining account confidentiality * Protecting passwords and OTP credentials * Ensuring accuracy of account information * All activities performed through their account Mykshi.in reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, fake orders, repeated delivery refusals, misuse of offers, policy violations, suspicious activities, or unlawful conduct. 4. Seller Registration and Approval Seller registration on Mykshi.in is subject to review and approval by Mykshi.in. Mykshi.in reserves the absolute right to: * Approve seller applications * Reject seller registrations * Request KYC documents * Request GST registration details * Request UID registration details * Suspend seller accounts * Terminate seller access Seller approval shall remain solely at the discretion of Mykshi.in. Submission of seller documents does not guarantee approval. 5. Product Listings Sellers are solely responsible for: * Product descriptions * Product specifications * Product images * Pricing information * Inventory accuracy * Product legality * Product quality Sellers must ensure that all listings are accurate and compliant with applicable laws. Mykshi.in reserves the right to modify, reject, suspend, hide, or remove listings without prior notice. 6. Prohibited Products The following categories are strictly prohibited on Mykshi.in: * Illegal products * Counterfeit products * Stolen goods * Weapons and weapon accessories * Ammunition * Explosives * Narcotics and controlled substances * Tobacco products * Restricted alcohol products * Fraudulent products * Copyright-infringing products * Trademark-infringing products * Products prohibited by applicable law * Any item deemed unsafe, harmful, deceptive, or inappropriate by Mykshi.in Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, listing removal, legal action, or permanent termination. 7. Pricing and Product Information Product prices displayed on the Platform are determined by sellers. Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, pricing errors, inventory errors, technical issues, promotional misconfigurations, seller mistakes, or system malfunctions may occur. Mykshi.in reserves the right to: * Correct pricing errors * Modify product information * Cancel affected orders * Refuse transactions arising from obvious errors Customers shall not acquire rights to products listed due to accidental pricing mistakes. 8. Order Acceptance Order placement constitutes a purchase request and does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be cancelled, modified, or rejected due to: * Product unavailability * Pricing errors * Inventory mismatch * Seller issues * Payment verification failures * Fraud detection * Operational limitations * Legal requirements Order acceptance occurs only after successful seller confirmation and processing. 9. Order Cancellation Customers may cancel orders: * Before seller acceptance * Before shipment confirmation Orders generally cannot be cancelled after shipment has been dispatched. Mykshi.in reserves the right to cancel orders when required due to operational, technical, security, legal, inventory, pricing, or fraud-related reasons. 10. Returns and Exchanges Eligible products may qualify for return or exchange within seven (7) days from successful delivery, subject to product-specific policies. Returns and exchanges may be denied where products are: * Opened cosmetics * Personal care products * Food products * Snacks * Customized products * Gift cards * Damaged due to customer misuse * Not in original condition Return eligibility shall be determined after review of supporting evidence and policy compliance. Mykshi.in reserves the right to approve, reject, investigate, or limit return requests. 11. Refunds Approved refunds shall generally be processed within seven (7) business days from approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on: * Payment provider * Bank processing timelines * Card issuer policies * UPI settlement systems Refunds may be issued through the original payment method where applicable. 12. M-Cash Rewards Program Mykshi.in may offer M-Cash rewards, loyalty benefits, promotional credits, cashback incentives, and reward programs. M-Cash: * Has no cash value * Cannot be withdrawn * Cannot be transferred * Cannot be exchanged for money * May be used as promotional discounts where applicable Mykshi.in reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or revise M-Cash programs without prior notice. 13. Referral Program Referral rewards may be granted through M-Cash or other promotional benefits. Referral benefits: * Are non-transferable * Cannot be redeemed for cash * May only be used according to applicable promotional rules Fraudulent referrals may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards. 14. Payments Payments may be processed through authorized payment providers including Razorpay and other approved payment gateways. Available payment methods may include: * UPI * Debit Cards * Credit Cards * Net Banking * Wallets * Cash on Delivery mykshi.in does not store sensitive banking credentials such as card PINs, CVV information, or banking passwords. 15. Delivery Services Deliveries are facilitated through authorized logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and associated courier providers. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to operational circumstances. mykshi.in shall not be liable for delays arising from courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. 16. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, branding materials, platform designs, software, content, graphics, text, layouts, and proprietary materials associated with Mykshi.in remain the exclusive property of Mykshi.in or respective rights holders. Users shall not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform content without prior written permission. 17. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, mykshi.in shall not be liable for: * Indirect damages * Consequential losses * Loss of profits * Business interruption * Delivery delays * Seller misconduct * Third-party service failures * Technical interruptions * Data transmission issues * Unauthorized access beyond reasonable control Mykshi.in shall make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving customer and seller disputes but does not guarantee outcomes in every case. 18. Force Majeure Mykshi.in shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, or losses arising from events beyond reasonable control, including: * Floods * Cyclones * Natural disasters * Strikes * Transport disruptions * Government restrictions * Internet outages * Power failures * Epidemics * Pandemics * Civil disturbances 19. Future Services Mykshi.in may introduce additional services including: * Seller marketplace enhancements * Advertising services * Premium memberships * Wallet features * Loyalty programs * Referral systems * Promotional campaigns * Additional commerce services Such services may be governed by supplementary terms and policies. 20. Modification of Terms Mykshi.in reserves the right to update, revise, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform, transactions, services, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu, India. 22.
